Parameter optimization and test of hydraulic soil insertion device of orchard gas explosion subsoiling and fertilizing machine

Hydraulic soil insertion device is a key component of orchard gas explosion subsoiling and fertilizing machine to realize rod fixed point fertilizer injection into soil. In order explore the influence main working parameters structural on depth cylinder pressure hydraulic during process, were optimized ensure quality efficiency. this paper, force analysis was performed parameter equation resistance established. LS- DYNA finite element simulation software applied analyze variation process. Box-Behnken test optimization design method Design-Expert V8.0.6.1 used carry out device. A multivariate quadratic polynomial regression established by setting engine revolution, diameter time as independent variables, operation based relationship between variables response values. The results showed that model values had good fitting degree. all significant effects increase decrease pressure, with interaction speed depth, any two factors pressure. influences descending speed, time, diameter. diameter, time. Based optimal combination follows: revolution 1450 r/min; 32 mm; 8 s. Under combination, 44.43 cm, 23.09 MPa. experimental could meet agronomic requirements fast deep insertion, thus providing theoretical support for improvement machine.
